E80 Module Overheating Protection Issue – Solution Announcement

We are issuing this notice regarding the overtemperature protection error occurring on the E80 laser module during continuous cutting.

This issue is caused by an inappropriately low overtemperature protection threshold configured in the internal firmware of the E80 laser module. A total of 20 affected modules have been shipped to customers. We have received feedback from several users and started after-sales handling.

To help users resume their work as soon as possible, we provide the following solutions:

1. Replacement Module (Recommended) We will arrange to ship brand-new corrected modules free of charge to users who purchased these affected units. If you have one of these faulty modules, please submit your order information and record a video showing the overtemperature trigger to our customer service team for verification.
2. DIY Fix for Users with Technical Experience Users who are comfortable with hardware operation may choose to update the firmware or replace the driver board to adjust and restore the correct overtemperature protection threshold. This firmware fix is also provided free of charge for owners of affected modules.

All modules currently held in our warehouse have completed the firmware upgrade, and this defect will no longer appear on new outgoing stock.
