Ich habe bei Lightburn einen Betriebsstundenzähler als Verbesserung eingereicht.
Hier könnt ihr dafür abstimmen.
Ich fände sowas sehr nützlich.
Here are some stainless steal colour test with the Neje E80 max 4. On a flat surface, had no issues. When I tried on a bottle with the rotary chuck, I couldn't get the layers to be at the right place, and the line interval got all weird too.
Has anyone tried doing colours on a bottle ?
This started as a very simple wall clock, then I tried to pump it a bit and eventually combining the two gave me this result! The fusion of the two simpler version was almost an accident while editing my photos in Photoshop haha
Made of 3mm birch plywood (BB/BB), cut with my NEJE A40640 at 150mm/m and 95% power and air assist.
As always - I sand the plywood before I cut and I paint and spray wood varnish before I glue up everything.
Designed in Fusion 360, cut with Lightburn.
The size of the clock is 27x30cm and with total thickness of 12mm (4 layers x 3mm).
I get my clock movements from Aliexpress, making sure the shaft of the clock movement has enough length to go through the neccessary thickness - in this case it goes through only 2 layers or 6mm. I use 11.5mm long shaft that can fit up to 10mm face and I suggest you go for the same size.
Hope you like it and in case anyone wants to purchase the file it is up on my website - one file to make all three variants and rule them all!
Cheers and happy making!
Sharing with you some maps files I’ve made last year! Hope you like them!
Philadelphia, PA - Boston, MA - Detroit, MI - Chicago, IL - Washington D.C - Baltimore, MD - NYC - Chesapeake Bay - FL - Lake Huron - Lake Michigan - Lake Superior - Lake Pend Oreille - Lake Wallenpaupack, Pennsylvania - Outer Banks - Lake Winnebago, Wisconsin
Ps:You can use the files but it’s not allowed to sell them, thanks!
