Regular maintenance of your diode laser engraver ensures optimal performance, prevents costly repairs, and extends the machine’s lifespan. 1. Clean the Lens Daily

Tip: After 1-2 years of use, consider replacing the lens with a new one to maintain performance.

2. Clean the Cooling Fan Monthly.

Diode lasers generate heat, and cooling via fans is essential to prevent overheating. However, prolonged use can lead to dust and oil buildup on the fan.

  1. After noticing dust buildup, use a hex wrench to remove the fan.

3. Clean the Rails and wheels Every Two Weeks
