The replacement lens is as advertised. It made putting assembly back in operation much quicker allowing the original to be cleaned offline.

The size of the brass bezel/ring is large enough that a standard flat head screw driver is ineffective. I made a design that could be 3D printed that helps with adjustments and removal/replacement. Something like a 1/2" wide steel ruler will work if it is not too thick (<1/16").
