NEJE 5 Mini Laser Engraver / Cutter with A40630 Module
The NEJE 5, when combined with the A40630 module, is a compact and portable desktop laser engraver and cutter with excellent capabilities in both engraving and cutting. The new NEJE 5 features a seamless reset technology and an updated control system, which has made significant innovations in its integration with software like Lightburn, NEJE software, LaserGRBL, and devices such as rotary axes. The A40630 module is a self-contained unit with lens protection and adjustable focal length, using top-tier Nichia modules equipped with FAC optical compression technology. It features intelligent fan speed control for quieter operation, a low-light positioning function for easier handling, and a maintenance-free needle tube high-pressure gas assist function.

Unlimited expansion of the working area.
After the NEJE software transfers data to the device, the device's multi-function button can directly complete the positioning and startup of complex processes. Long press switches between NEJE and GRBL modes, a single press is for positioning, double press starts engraving, and a single press during the work process pauses the operation.
NEJE 5 adopts independent Z-axis expansion. You don’t need to transform the Y-axis into a rotation axis. You can directly lock the Y-axis and expand the rotation axis through the Z-axis. If you are a professional, you can even expand automatic material change.
All other NEJE 12V modules and 24V modules are supported.

Software
NEJE has developed Apple and Android apps for NEJE devices, which are directly used for content creation, making it easier for beginners to get started.
Multi-layered complex processes. The new version of the NEJE software has developed multi-layered complex process functions, where each process can control everything from scanning, M8/M7 pre-start and end times, Z-axis status, and even enable Gcode functionality, meeting the needs of professional users.
“N Scanner” APP directly transfers images from your phone to your computer, making creation easy and quick.
Wired/Wireless management of multiple devices. Normally, a lightburn software can only control one device in real time. Then NEJE engineers skillfully combine multiple devices with lightburn and laserGRBL software to achieve fast management and project production of multiple devices. This is the uniqueness of NEJE multi-device management.
The NEJE software has designed a “bridge” function for Lightburn, allowing the Lightburn software to operate wirelessly without the restriction of a USB cable.
NEJE devices support the “REC” reception function for Lightburn software, receiving all data before starting work, thus no longer occupying the computer.

NEJE A40630 Laser Module
The NEJE A40630 module utilizes a top-tier Nichia light source and features fast-axis compression technology, providing an output optical power exceeding 6W. It offers a smaller focus size, higher light efficiency, and a longer service life compared to traditional 5W modules. The zoom optical design gives the module a very uniform and sharp beam, enabling it to achieve a small focus point and a well-proportioned XY beam shape, whether at near or far focus. NEJE E40Ⅱ Laser Module
The NEJE E40Ⅱ module, based on the first-generation E40, is specifically designed as a fixed-focus module with an output optical power greater than 10W to meet the needs of both wood engraving and cutting. The E40Ⅱ utilizes sophisticated lens compression technology, and compared to the previous E40, the E40Ⅱ has an increased focal length to adapt to thicker wood cutting while retaining fine engraving capabilities. The E40 module comes with a built-in air protection feature, and without the need for additional air assistance, the module's own cooling system can adequately protect the lens.
