5. Products & Services (Laser Safety & Compliance)

NEJE offers a range of laser products with varying safety classifications. It is the user's responsibility to understand the classification of the product purchased.
  • Class 4 Laser Devices (High Power):
    • Hazard: These devices are inherently hazardous and can cause severe eye injury or blindness, skin burns, and fire.
    • Responsibility: You must read and understand the safety manual. You must wear certified laser safety goggles and ensure proper ventilation/fume extraction. Never leave the machine unattended while running.
  • Class 1 Laser Devices (Enclosed Systems):
    • Safety: These systems are fully enclosed and generally safe under normal operating conditions. However, tampering with safety interlocks or removing protective covers voids the warranty and exposes the user to dangerous laser radiation.
  • Compliance: Regardless of class, you are responsible for ensuring that the importation, possession, and use of NEJE laser products comply with all local, state, and federal laws in your country.
  • Availability: Certain products are available online only and may have limited quantities. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion.

6. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We do not monitor or control these third parties and shall not be liable for any harm or damages related to your use of them. Please review their policies carefully.
