Warehouse Limitations: Our EU, US, UK, and AU warehouses ship only to local addresses. They cannot ship to neighboring countries.

Shipping Costs: For heavy machines shipped from China, international freight applies. We have negotiated the lowest rates possible; the fee shown at checkout is the final cost.

Order & Delivery Policy

Verify Your Address: Double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If you need to change it, email service@neje.shop within 24 hours.

Damage on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos/videos. Do not discard the packaging.

Valid Email: Ensure your email is correct. All tracking updates and support communications will be sent to this address.

Cancellations & Returns: Changed your mind? Do not refuse the package. Contact us first. Refusing delivery may result in loss of eligibility for a refund.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it after 7 days, contact us immediately. Claims made after this period may not be covered.

Reporting Issues: Report any missing items or damage on the same day of delivery with photographic evidence to ensure a swift resolution.
