1. Standard Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Usage: Unworn or unused.
Packaging: With original tags and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items (Clearance or Final Sale).
Gift cards.
2. Warranty & Maintenance Policy
NEJE laser products are precision instruments featuring multi-layer protection mechanisms, high-strength reliability testing, and strict production quality control.
2.1 Warranty Coverage (2-Year Limited Warranty)
We stand by our quality. The following core components are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects:
Motherboard (Main Control Board)
Laser Core Components (Laser Tube/Diodes/Optical Engine)
2.2 Consumables & Routine Maintenance
Certain components are subject to wear and tear based on usage and environment. These items require regular inspection and replacement by the user.
Maintenance Items: Timing belts, Cooling fans, Focus lenses, Protective windows.
User Responsibility: Wear and tear or damage to these items caused by improper maintenance are not covered under warranty. Users must purchase replacement parts from NEJE.SHOP and perform maintenance themselves.
2.3 User Responsibility & Safe Operation
Proper maintenance and safe operation are fundamental skills required to operate diode laser equipment. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge the following:
Air Quality: If using an air-assist system, you must ensure the gas source is dry and oil-free. Using contaminated air will damage the optical system and void warranty.
Environmental Protection: The device must be protected from falling, impacts, liquids, and dust.
2.4 Warranty Scope vs. Paid Service
While we stand by our quality, certain types of damage are not covered under the free warranty:

Paid Service: For the above exclusions, NEJE provides paid repair services. The user is responsible for the cost of accessories, labor, and round-trip shipping.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
For product malfunctions or technical faults, we highly recommend reporting the issue directly to the NEJE Official Forum. Our engineers will diagnose the problem, communicate the solution with you, and once confirmed, we will swiftly arrange the resolution. Our Customer Service team will then follow up to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
For non-technical issues (e.g., wrong item received, physical damage during shipping), please contact our Online Customer Service directly.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to:
Return the item you currently have.
Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved Refunds: We will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing Time: Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
6. Shipping, Logistics & Restocking
Inventory & Dispatch: To ensure rapid response and minimize downtime, core materials such as NEJE modules and motherboards are stocked in overseas warehouses nearest to you. We typically dispatch these items immediately upon order confirmation.
Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns of electronic equipment (such as laser modules and machines), a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
