1. Core Protection (2-Year Free Warranty)

We cover the most critical parts of your machine:
Motherboard (Main Control Board)
Laser Core Components (Laser Tube/Diodes/Optical Engine)
If these parts fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace them free of charge within 2 years of purchase.

2. User Maintenance Items

The following items are designed to be user-serviceable. They require routine inspection and replacement by the user to keep the machine running smoothly:
Timing Belts
Cooling Fans
Focus Lenses
Protective Windows
Note: Damage to these items due to neglect is not covered. Please purchase replacements from NEJE.SHOP.

3. What is NOT Covered (Paid Service)

We cannot offer free repairs for damage caused by improper use or environmental factors:
Physical Damage: Dropping, crashing, or impact.
Liquid Damage: Water or other liquids entering the device.
Air Contamination: Using oil/water-contaminated air in the assist system.
Misuse: Running without cooling or exceeding specifications.
