NEJE laser products are precision instruments featuring multi-layer protection mechanisms, high-strength reliability testing, and strict production quality control. We provide a clear tiered warranty policy to protect your rights.

1. Warranty Tiers

2-Year Core Warranty (Free)
We provide a 2-year free repair or replacement service for manufacturing defects in the following core components:
Motherboard (Main Control Board)
Laser Core Components (Laser Tube/Diodes/Optical Engine)

Consumables Maintenance (User Responsibility)
Certain components are subject to wear and tear based on usage and environment. These items require regular inspection and replacement by the user.
Maintenance Items: Timing belts, Cooling fans, Focus lenses, Protective windows.
User Responsibility: Wear and tear or damage to these items caused by improper maintenance are not covered under warranty. Users must purchase replacement parts from NEJE.SHOP and perform maintenance themselves.

2. Exclusions (Out of Warranty)

While we stand by our quality, the following types of damage caused by user error are not covered under the free warranty. For these cases, NEJE provides paid repair services (user bears parts cost and round-trip shipping):

3. User Responsibility & Safe Operation

Proper maintenance and safe operation are fundamental skills required to operate diode laser equipment. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge the following:
Air Quality: If using an air-assist system, you must ensure the gas source is dry and oil-free. Using contaminated air will damage the optical system and void warranty.
Environmental Protection: The device must be protected from falling, impacts, liquids, and dust.

4. Support & Logistics

Technical Diagnosis: For product malfunctions or technical faults, we highly recommend reporting the issue directly to the NEJE Official Forum. Our engineers will diagnose the problem and communicate the solution with you.
Rapid Dispatch: To ensure rapid response and minimize downtime, core materials such as NEJE modules and motherboards are stocked in overseas warehouses nearest to you. We typically dispatch these items immediately upon order confirmation.
