1. Product Usage and Safety Warning

NEJE offers a range of laser products with varying safety classifications. It is your responsibility to identify the classification of the product you purchase.
  • Class 4 Laser Devices (High Power):
    • Safety First: Intended for trained professionals. You must wear certified laser safety goggles at all times during operation.
    • Fire Hazard: Lasers generate intense heat. Never leave the machine unattended while operating. You assume all risks of fire, property damage, or personal injury.
    • Ventilation: You are responsible for ensuring adequate ventilation and fume extraction to avoid inhalation of harmful fumes.
  • Class 1 Laser Devices (Enclosed Systems):
    • Safety: These systems are fully enclosed and safe under normal operating conditions.
    • Tamper Warning: Tampering with safety interlocks or removing protective covers voids the warranty and exposes you to dangerous laser radiation. NEJE assumes no liability for damages resulting from unauthorized modification of enclosed systems.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase and operate NEJE products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Compliance with Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the importation, possession, and use of NEJE laser products comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check import regulations and customs requirements before ordering.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

All content on this site—including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of NEJE and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • NEJE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption).
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
  • Specific Exclusion: We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by misuse, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, negligence, or the unauthorized disassembly of Class 1 enclosed systems.

6. Warranty and Returns

  • Warranty: Our products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover consumables (lenses, tubes) or damage caused by power surges, drops, or improper handling.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are borne by the customer.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEJE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
