Description
The NEJE E80 laser module has superb performance and ultra long lifespan.It adopts a top-level light source without damaging the diode structure,a matrix optical system with greater manufacturing difficulty,an innovative copper fast heat dissipation system,and a reliable driving design that has undergone 10 years of precipitation.The E80 module has outstanding and delicate results in engraving and cutting.It has excellent performance in stainless steel color carving,3D relief,high hardness material cutting,and thick board cutting efficiency.In terms of performance and lifespan,it far exceeds the conventional 30W or 40W modules on the market.
Interface
24V: Power positive .
GND: Power ground or power negative.
TTL/PWM: TTL = PWM, input 3.3V~24V to turn on laser module, conect to GND to turn off laser module.
Temperature: do not connect, please ignore.
Connect 24V and GND pin to 24V power, ensure the power adapter is sufficient, 3A-5A is recommended.
Connect TTL/PWM pin to your control board PWM output pin.
E80 driver has very high conversion efficiency, input 65W can output 24W optical power.

NEJE E80 takes the pursuit of long lifespan and high performance as the design concept,and chooses the most difficult manufacturing scheme.We believe that the lifespan and performance of the module is the real value for the user to buy the E80 module,which makes the E80 have no advantage in power.The reason for E80's stronger performance than other 6xLD and 8xLD is that we did not choose 8xLD or 6xLD to release new products relatively quickly for marketing gimmicks.Or destroying the original LD structure and reflective structure scheme to quickly manufacture new products.This may quickly obtain users.But this is against the values of the NEJE team.
