NEJE Auto-Switching Air Assist Controller

This unit integrates directly into systems such as the NEJE Max4 and Max4 V2. The relay is powered by a separate 12V external power supply. Relay control is handled through the M8 interface of the laser control system. The air circuit can be used independently or connected to a standard air pump. When the machine is powered on, the oxygen pump supplies air to protect the lens. Activating M8 switches control to this module, delivering high-pressure (oil- and moisture-free) gas for superior cutting quality.

Solenoid Valve Module Functional Specifications

1. Power Supply: 12V DC voltage; equipped with a DC 5.5×2.1mm female power input socket (for power connection) and a DC 5.5×2.1mm male connector (to link with the relay module, enabling switch control via the M8 command interface).
2. Air Circuit Configuration:
   • Main air tube: 6mm inner diameter;
   • 1-to-2 air branch connector: 6mm inner diameter (supports dual-channel air distribution);
   • Input air source adapter: 8mm-to-6mm conversion fitting (compatible with 8mm standard air supply, adapting to 6mm tubing connection).
